Payment

Payment is accepted by BACS and via Pay Pal.

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of each session.

Rearranging Sessions

If it is necessary to change a scheduled session please give as much notice as possible; the rearranged session will be subject to availability.

Cancellations

As much notice as possible should be given for cancellations; as you can appreciate session times are allocated to individual clients on a regular basis, consequently Turning Point Counselling are unable to allocate sessions to clients at short notice therefore:

• Cancellations of 48 hours or more will incur a £20 cancellation fee.

• Cancellation of less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the session.
• Failure to attend a session will incur the full cost of the session.

Turning Point Counselling will provide as much notice as possible for rearrangement of sessions.  In the unlikely event a session is cancelled by your counsellor, no charges will be incurred.

Employee Assisted Programmes

Counselling does not guarantee an employee will return to work from sick leave.
